We make each piece to your measurement, so our return policy is built around one promise: it fits the size you gave us, or we fix it — on us.
The fit guarantee
If a finished piece doesn't match the measurements you submitted, we remake it correctly or refund you in full. A made-to-measure error is ours to fix, not yours to pay for.
First-batch validation orders
15% off your order, and if anything is wrong — size, color, or quality — we refund in full and you keep the item, no return to ship. We eat the risk to earn an honest review.
How made-to-measure returns work
- Doesn't match your measurements — our error. We remake or refund in full; you don't ship it back.
- Your measurements were off — email us. We'll help you re-measure and offer a discounted remake; because it was cut to spec we can't take it back as new, but we won't leave you stuck.
- Validation order, anything wrong — full refund, keep the item. That's the deal for being an early customer and telling us how it went.
- Defect or shipping damage — always fully covered, remake or refund, no questions.
The size we cut to
Your order confirmation restates the exact dimensions we're cutting. You have 24 hours to correct them before we start production — that's your last check, and the surest way to a perfect fit. The 10 cm price step never changes what we cut: priced to the next size step; every piece is cut to the exact measurement you submit.
How to start
