Universal sizing is the whole problem: a seat pad that overhangs the frame, a cover that billows in the first storm. We build every piece from your own measurements, so it sits flush and sheds wind. The fabric is the easy part — the fit is the job.
The honest bit about fabric
Outdoor fabric is a trade-off, not a miracle. A breathable shade sail lets rain through; a waterproof one needs a slope to drain; solution-dyed acrylic repels water rather than sealing it. We print the real spec for every fabric so you pick for your weather. See the specs →
